What we do with your information
When you submit personal information via our website we will store it electronically - safely on our [encrypted] private servers.
We will only use that information to deal with any question or query you raise and to contact you in order to provide you with the answers you require.
That information may be used persons within our company with the skill and knowledge to deal with your queries.
We may also pass that information to third parties outside DCD Media Plc to provide answers to your queries, however the circumstances in which we would do that are very limited indeed - such as the third party service providers we use to retain shareholder information or other company data that is stored and used specifically on our behalf; and only in the case that (a) your query warrants a direct message to you from the service provider relevant to your query and (b) your details are already held by the service provider under some other form of consent (i.e. that you are a shareholder and as such they already hold your details for the purposes of sending direct shareholder communications).
Other than as stated, we will never pass that information to any other person or body corporate.
We will keep that information for a period of 12 months following the resolution of your query so that we have a record of your query and its resolution should there be a follow up later. After 12 months it will be expunged from our database.
If you wish to ask us what personal data of yours we may currently have on record, then you can do so by contacting us at the below address and we will provide you with a summary of the data held.
